Winter wonderland

The big snowstorm hit the north-east on Friday. New York City was not spared & snow was falling for about 5 hours to give it about 4inches of snow & up to 6 inches in Central Park. The sky cleared by noon & gave way to sunshine after the gloom of the storm clouds. I went with Mum & her friend to Central Park to take a walk in the late morning right after the snowstorm. A beautiful winter wonderland awaited us.
